Samantha's birthday gift this year was to see the American Girl Doll store in Dallas with Dad and Mom.

Doll and clothes and accessories everywhere!
We explored every corner while we waited for her "Samantha" doll to get her hair styled.
She also got to pick the next book in her "Samantha" collection. She chose "Happy Birthday Samantha!"
She got to choose one outfit and of course she loved the Western Horse Rider outfit.
Daddy wasn't the only Dad waiting around. There were a lot of Dad's and Grandpa's
waiting and shopping.
Finally! It is Samantha's turn to get her hair done!
So cute! We learned some tricks to do doll hair that we didn't know!
The finished product! So worth it! A lot of people commented on how Samantha looks like the Samantha doll. When her doll was away getting her hair done some of employees said, "Let me guess....you have a Samantha doll!"
Then it was finally time for lunch at the AG Buffet and Bistro upstairs. Samantha and Kelly had spagetti and Mom had a panini with sweet potatoe crisps.
At home Sunday, the next day, we celebrated with a Fancy Nancy party with fruit, veggies and dips and hor devours with the boys.
And don't forget the tiara cake...Happy 7th Birthday Samantha!

Kelly you look as thrilled to be there as Adam did when I made hime go while we were in Chicago. We hope that Sammy had a wonderful birthday. We miss and love you all.

I bet she had the time of her life! She does look like her doll. Can you imagine being a "doll hair stylist" for your job? I'm glad she got to have lots of pink, even with all her brothers!
