Pictures from Chase's 11th Birthday!

Since Chase's 11th birthday this year was on a Sunday and the day before school he was lucky enough to have 2 celebrations.  As always, instead of having a party with friends he chose to go to the "Lego Store" and "Gattitown" with just his family. Because of this he was able to pick some major lego gifts and had a blast doing so!  It was tax free weekend and the mall and Lego Store were crowded, but that didn't stop Chase from figuring out what he wanted.  He was in heaven and the clerks were in heaven showing him options.  He even brought some of his summer earnings to spend some more!  Chase took over an hour to narrow down his selections!  Luckily, the other kids had galores of Legos to play with and even they got to make their own lego man and keep it while waiting--even Bryce got into it! 

Gattitown has Chase's favorite food-all you can eat pizza, and pasta. And so many games and movies to watch so he chose the right place for us.  Sunday we celebrated again with Chase's cake this year made out of his favorite treat "Homemade Oreos".  He specially requested an Oreo Cookie Lego Mountain!  We had a lot of fun, but always looming around in our minds was the fact that school starts the next day! :(
I told Chase that it could've been worse--his birthday could've been on the first day!  (Maybe next year on his first day of middle school! ;()
