On our vacation to Utah we...

...traveled by car 24 hours.  We usually make a few stops to fun places like this Buffalo Bill Monument in Kansas and we stayed overnight in Denver.  It was a long car ride for Bryce because he couldn't be entertained with media so he kept himself busy with red licorice!  He never ate it really as you can tell!
...we played and played with cousins James and John
....also played with Aunt Kimmie and Uncle Paco, Aunt Kimberlee and Uncle Spence, and of course, we played with Uncle Josh!

....we also had many great moments with Grandad and Grandma- one of our favorite things to do is go to the park behind their home and walk, ride bikes, play basketball, play on the playground, run through the sprinklers, and even watch a community movie out on the lawn every Monday night! We spent hours out there every single day! So much to do right behind their home!

Daddy is even good at hopscotch I'm told!

....also enjoyed going on a few camping trips and hikes together in the mountains.  We spent a lot of time in the mountains--almost every day!

Bryce and Ryan starting out clean!

Bryce quickly getting dirty....

...and having a blast doing it!

...not only camped in the mountains, we also enjoyed going on hikes in the Uintahs and walks especially up to Bridal Veil Falls.

....also did many more fun things like fireworks on Pioneer Day, movies, shopping, and simply just spending time together.  One of our favorite traditions is to go visit Grandpa at BYU in his office and shop at the BYU Boookstore and pick out a favorite book, bulk candy, and get icecream at the creamery.  Daddy even managed to take the kids on a tour of BYU campus!
